Sessions include tips on healthy eating and motivation to ensure the best results for my clients. Each client is unique and I work with my clients, their families, group home directors and houses of faith to learn about my clients and tailor a program that celebrates that uniqueness.
Our exercise classes provide a social outlet for the students to hang out with their friends and make new friends in a safe and healthy environment.
