Resistance bands are a great way to bring your exercise routine with you; no heavy weights or bulky machines to worry about. These flexible bands use your own body weight as resistance which is easier on your joints and allows you to progress in a manner that is comfortable to you. Throw a lightweight resistance band in your bag and workout on the road, on vacation or outside in the beautiful sunshine.
Did you know you can work out with items you already have in your house? Today we will do a workout using a soccer ball! I will guide you through proper form and then we will exercise together. Make sure to have a soccer ball, basketball or any medium sized ball with you when you watch this video!
